In a time when I've come to expect average service from overwhelmed small businesses Ben and his team at Parker Marine communicated well, kept hold of my motor when I wasn't able to collect at the time of delivery and the handover was super comprehensive even though they were obviously extremely busy. Parker Marine have been the best business I've dealt with in ages. Thank you

Ben and his team have appalling communication between his machanics and counter staff resulting in massive time wasted that he'll be more then happy to charge you for. I took my D3 220 there to be checked over after a sticky turbo actuator had been freed up the day before and they charged me $1600 to top it up with coolant .When i contacted him about it the conversation went around and around in circles with him trying to justify all the time they spent instead of apologizing for their miscommunication. Have contacted them before about getting my outboard serviced, told me they would call me back but they never did, also asked for a quote on a new outboard which they promised to email me, they also never did that

Great service and extremely proffessional Ben and the team have looked after my Volvos on my sunseeker for several years now and I wouldnt trust anyone else. Highly recommend them
